Our team of surveyors, engineers and technical support have worked on various transportation projects throughout south Mississippi. We plan, design and oversee construction of transportation projects that range from highways and bridges to local streets and active transportation projects.

Unlike many traditional engineering firm approaches, BMA appreciates the difference in highways and streets. Each thoroughfare has different functions and most importantly has different users. We believe it’s imperative that we consider all users for each of the facilities that we design.

We follow the Complete Streets philosophy and endeavor to advocate to our clients about the need to focus the design of local streets to pedestrians and bicyclists. 

To that end, we have become the go-to design team for the vast majority of the completed active transportation projects along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
