Shawn Fellows
Mr. Fellows is a retired Navy Seabee (Senior Chief) with 28 years experience in the construction industry. He joined the BMA team in 2013 as a Resident Project Representative and oversees all aspects of construction operations to ensure adherence to the plans and specifications during construction.
Shawn oversees construction of water, sewer and transportation improvement projects along the Coast as well as projects at the Port of Gulfport. He specializes in inspecting infrastructure construction.

I was stationed in Antigua, WI for over 3 years, got to know the locals real well and have been back several times since. I'd love to retire there someday, 10 mile X 10 mile Caribbean island with 365 named beaches, one for each day of year!
