Scott Burge, P.E.
Mr. Burge is a Professional Engineer with over 35 years of experience in Civil Engineering. He has been employed in both the public and private sector with project administration, management and design responsibilities for various municipal infrastructure projects involving water, sewer, drainage and street construction projects. As former employee of MDEQ and former City Engineer for the City of Gulfport, he is very familiar with state and local requirements and procedures. Most recently an employee of A. Garner Russell & Associates, Mr. Burge joined the BMA team in September, 2018 when the firms merged. He has worked on numerous jobs along the MS Gulf Coast including the Water & Sewer Master Plan for City of Gulfport, improvements to the Leakesville Lagoon, Hatten Lane Sewer Improvements, and West Fritz Creek Interceptor.
Scott is a General Consulting Civil Engineer emphasizing in water and wastewater infrastructure.
