Brown, Mitchell & Alexander, Inc. (BMA) was retained by Dale Partners (Architects) to provide civil engineering services (utilities, grading, drainage, & sitework) services for the construction of the MSU Science & Technology Center at NASA Stennis Space Center in Hancock County, MS. 

The facility is a 3-story research studies, education and outreach facility that will house office space, conference rooms and classrooms to allow the Northern Gulf Institute and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to increase their research capabilities. The facility is approximately 53,000 square feet and was completed in October 2011 with an approximate project cost of $7 million.
