Amenities include over 100 acres of green space, parks and woodland preserves tucked away throughout Florence Gardens. A Butterfly Boardwalk is part of a continuous pathway system that meanders through the neighborhood. The extra-wide wood and concrete pathway allows residents to walk comfortably. The community park at Whisper Garden includes a playground, pavilion and several picnic tables scattered among the shade trees. There is also swimming pool, public meeting hall and a community garden located in the Town Green District, overlooking our beautiful Lake Florence.

 This project was constructed in two phases with an estimated total construction cost of $4 million. Civil design services included water & sewer design, road design, stormwater utility design (including low-impact rain gardens to provide stormwater quality and quantity controls), and erosion control coordination.
